  4. I love fall too! The cooler temps, leaving the windows open at night, the leaves changing color! Along with the cooler temps, we need something to warm up with! The perfect solution:

    HOT SPICED APPLE CIDER

2 quarts apple cider (or juice)
    ½ cup brown sugar
    2 whole cinnamon sticks
    1 tsp. Whole allspice
    1 ½ tsp. Whole cloves
    1 orange, sliced

Put allspice and cloves in bag. Mix all ingredients in large pot and heat.

So great for a fall hay ride!

  7. I came from Deanne's blog.

I love fall. I love the crisp air when you come out to get the paper or get the kids out the door for school. We always have pumpkin soup in the fall.

I cut a good chunk of a pumpkin, add veggies add chicken boullion(the kind that's already made up because it is easier) and let it cook on low all morning. yumm

  8. I <3 Fall!!! It's the most beautiful time of the year, it smells so nice and crisp, I can finally survive and get a good night sleep in my apartment! Everything about it is amazing.

I just completed a layout for Sisterhood of Scrap using fall colors. This ended up being my new-all-time favorite layout. It is of my uncle who passed away from cancer just a few months back and his daughter- back in 1989!!!!
